Having initially been walked through every troubleshooting fix in the employee handbook, I was finally told today that there was an update to the network last week which rendered many devices incompatible. I have spent a huge amount of time on text chat with AT&T (because I can't make a call!!) and then a couple of hours at a store in LA today where the rep connected me to the prepaid department (more than an hour on the call. I'm a prepaid customer, and am only here in the US for a few months. I've spent about 6 hours trying to figure this out over the past 2 days. Thank you for reaching out to our AT&T Community. Please let us know if any of these solutions worked for you.
